Cancellations and "No-Shows"

We run a tight schedule so please be here as suggested: 45 minutes prior to flight time. If you do not show for your flight time you will be charged for the time except if we find someone to fill the time. You can reschedule your flight if you give us more than a 24 hour notice. Under 24 hours and you cannot reschedule unless an admin charge is applied.

If you are late...

We hope you arrive on time but in the case that you do not, we may be able to re-schedule but can not guarantee it for the same day.

If we cancel your flight...

In this very rare occasion, we will reschedule your flight when it is covenant to you. The only reason we may cancel a flight is because of unscheduled maintenance, power outage, and anything else out of our control.

Refunds

Paraclete XP SkyVenture does not offer refunds for any reason. If someone wants to fly in place of another, that can easily be done.
